Description of Contest

A. Date of Contest:

The contest will begin on Thursday, March 10, 2016 and end on April 10, 2016.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

B. Eligibility

1)     Contestants must (i) be born in the year 2001, (ii) have a valid government-issued photo ID and have either a valid social security number and card, valid birth certificate, or a valid taxpayer identification number (“TIN”).

2)     Employees of the Exclusive Palace Hall its affiliates, subsidiaries and their public relations agencies, participating sponsors and “family” members (“family” is defined as spouse, parents, children, sibling, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents) are ineligible.

3)     One prize per winner from each immediate “family” (“family” is defined as spouse, parents, children, sibling, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents) and/or “household” (“household” is defined as anyone living at the same address) from Exclusive Palace is allowed.

 C. How to enter:

Submit a video

1)     Email video to bellfortexclusivepalace@gmail.com

2)     Post video on out Facebook wall

Video must contain at least three (3) of the following topics:

1)     His or her goals

2)     Community involvement or personal service to benefit others

3)     Dreams or plans in life

4)     Scholastic achievements

5)     Financial, medical, or other hardships faced by the teenager and/or immediate family

6)     How winning the grand prize would change his/her life

D. How to Play:

Qualified contestants must be present at 6811 Bellfort St. Houston, Tx 77087 on May 1^st no later than 12pm to win.

E. The Grand Prize

 The winner will receive a Free Complete Quince Party containing the following:

1)     Hall rental with decor for 350 max guests on April 4^th 2016 from 5pm-12am

2)     150 Invitations

3)     Catering from selected menu serving for 250 guests

4)     Cake serving for 250 guests

5)     Dj with light show and custom monogram

6)     4 Hour Limo rental

7)     Hair and makeup session

8)     Quince dress or Tuxedo

9)     Photography and videography

10)   4 Hour Photo Booth rental

F. Conditions for Participation

1)     Exclusive Palace is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, traffic congestion on telephone lines. No mechanical duplication of entries will be allowed. Exclusive Palace is not responsible for any connection problems or phone problems on the entry side. All entries become the exclusive property of Exclusive Palace. By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Exclusive Palace whose decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Contest. Exclusive Palace reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or who Exclusive Palace believes has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Exclusive Palace will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and Exclusive Palace’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Exclusive Palace, Exclusive Palace reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Exclusive Palace deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Exclusive Palace and are final.

2)     Prizes may not be substituted, are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Prizes may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner.

3)     Exclusive Palace reserves the right to award additional prizes throughout the Contest.

4)     Any rule changes after the Contest begins must not disadvantage Contest participants and will be announced promptly and conspicuously.

5)     Exclusive Palace disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by email or other delivery method. Exclusive Palace is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, traffic congestion on telephone lines.

6)     Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign Exclusive Palace’s release form to claim the prize. Void where prohibited. In the event Exclusive Palace are prevented from continuing with the Contest or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is severely undermined by an event beyond the Exclusive Palace’s control, Exclusive Palace may substitute prizes of equal or greater value or discontinue the Contest at any time. In no event will Exclusive Palace be obligated to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. Exclusive Palace disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.

G. Publicity; Use of information:

By participating, all participants and winners grant Exclusive Palace Hall the non-exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videos, biographical information and likenesses in connection with promotion of the Contest and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, participants agree that Exclusive Palace may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
